*Designer Note:  Create flags from Diecuts. Don't let unusual shapes scare you off simply fold in half, wrap around a stick pin or tooth pick and VIOLA you have the perfect flag embellishment for your next layout. I like to use my Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher to secure flags to the stick pins. If you don't have a tiny attacher you can use a regular stapler or even small brads.

Happy Monday everyone!  Did you have a wonderful Father's Day?  I have to admit that I forgot:)  It wasn't until church this morning that I realized that it snuck up on me.  The days of my vacation just all blurred together....but, the girl's quickly crafted some cards and made some goodies.  That's all it takes to make their dad happy:)  And, these cards make me happy.  I absolutely adore them today!

Happy Friday!

Happy Friday!  It's June and we have beautiful weather so it should be happy - right?  I miss the beach already :)  Back to work and the rat race.  I don't normally share personal pics on here but thought I would share this one:

Here's my girls (and friends) on the beach this past week.  They did a great job with "1-2-3 jump"!

I have a few things to share today:

First Up:  Laina, Nadia and I have been putting the finishing touches on our CHA releases - any guesses on what we're doing?  I can tell you this - you won't be disappointed!!!  We'll start our sneaks in another week or so!

Designer Note: My 4-year-old had a special "Donuts with Dads" before preschool one day and on that day they did an interview with each of the kids asking questions about their dad. They also had them draw a picture of their dad and I included these things on this layout with pictures of Aimee and her daddy on a recent family vacation.

Summer used a great mix of Epoxy Buttons on her layout.  Summer shared her layout with me and noted:  a way to save time when sewing buttons - stitch them all at once without tying each one individually.

**designer note: I used the corrugated shape to trace a  heart on the front of the card, and then cut it out. The corrugated heart was  layered with the paper and then a variety of Jillibean buttons sew onto it. The  heart was then attached to the inside of the card base **
